Randy’s Garments respects the privacy of all its customers. Customer information is never shared or stored once an order is processed.

Payment
Randy’s Garments accepts most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, & Google Pay. All payment information is transferred from your computer to our servers using a secure, encrypted protocol (https). As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for large orders.

Return & Exchange Policy
Unworn and unused merchandise can be exchanged for store credit. Incase of incorrect sizing we are able to exchange the item for a better fitting size. This must be done within 7 days of customer receipt date. Depending on availability we cannot guarantee the item will be in stock for replacement. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping back a return/size exchange. Garment dimensions are supplied on all product pages. Please review your order carefully before checking out. Shipping
Currently, Randy’s Garments only ships within the United States & Canada. Please check our dealers page if you wish to purchase goods outside of North America. If an item isn’t available via our dealers please contact us for a custom shipping quote. All items are shipped using USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail or UPS. Tracking information will be issued upon shipment. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed and shipped out. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created.
