All payment information is transferred from your computer to our servers using a secure, encrypted protocol (https). As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for large orders.
All sales are final, no returns. However in case of damaged goods or incorrect color or sizing we are able to offer a full refund or exchange the item. This must be done within two weeks of customer receipt date along with visual proof. Depending on availability we cannot guarantee the item will be in stock for replacement. Please note that shipping is non-refundable on size replacements. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Please review your order carefully before checking out!
Currently, Randy’s Garments only ships within the United States & Canada. Please check our dealers page if you wish to purchase goods outside of the USA. All items are shipped using USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail. Tracking information will be issued upon shipment. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed and up to 5 days for it be shipped out. We do not ship to PO boxes.
